1 head Chinese cabbage (napa)
5 green onions, chopped
1 stick oleo
2 pkgs. ramen noodles (don't use flavor packed)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2.5oz sliced almonds

2 pkgs. ramen noodles (don't use flavor packed)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2.5oz sliced almonds
Cut cabbage thin lengthwise & crosswise
Add onion and chill.
Brown noodles (broken into small pieces) in oleo, add sunflower seeds & almonds. Sauté till light golden color. Drain on paper towel (do this ahead of time, store in plastic container).
Dressing:
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
2 T. soy sauce
1/2 cup wine vinegar
Blend and chill.
Mix salad and dressing 20 min. before serving.
