Frozen Lemon Custard
Beat 2 eggs until light, add
1/2 cup sugar and beat
1/2 cup white karo and beat
1.5 cup milk
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup lemon juice
grated rind of 1 lemon
When partly frozen, beat and return to freezer.
