Jambalaya


Fry together 6 slices bacon, diced, with 1.2 cup diced cooked ham.
Add, then brown 2/3 cup diced celery, 1/2 cup (1 medium) chopped onion, 1/2 cup (1 medium) chopped green pepper.
Add 1 small (10oz.) can Heinz Cream of Tomato Soup, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 cup water.
Simmer 10 minutes, then add 2 cups (1/2 lb.) fresh or canned shrimps (2 cans).
Continue simmering 20 minutes.
Season to taste with salt.
Serve over rice or macaroni.
