Lemon Jello Cake
Dissolve 1 pkg. Lemon Jell-O in 1 cup hot water.
Set aside to cool.
Set aside to cool.
To 1 pkg. yellow cake mix add 3/4 cup oil.
Add 4 eggs one at a time. Beat well.
Add 1 teas. lemon extract.
Add 4 eggs one at a time. Beat well.
Add 1 teas. lemon extract.
Then add cooled lemon Jell-O to mixture.
Beat only until mixed well. Bake at 350 for 40 min. in 9 x 13 pan.
While still hot and cake is removed from oven, punch holes in top with fork.
On hot cake pour: (combined to make frosting)
2 cups powdered sugar and 5-6 T. lemon juice
