1 hen, cooked and cut up
3 cups chicken broth
4 cups bread cubes
1 small onion
2 cups celery (finely chopped)
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. baking powder
2 beaten eggs
2 cups frozen peas
Salt & pepper

Combine the above and put in a large greased baking pan.
Spread 1 can of cream of mushroom soup over top.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 375° for 90 minutes.
