Saur Kraut Salad
1 large can kraut, drained
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1.5 cups sugar
1 cup diced celery
1 small onion diced
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish

Mix all together and let stand at least 24 hours.
